Adding new users to Justice Bolt

Users can add other people from within their organization to the Justice Bolt portal. Additionally, users can also add external users if they prefer to. Please note that currently, there is no Read-Only mode for users. By default, all users can modify and add cases to the portal.

What are the steps to it?

• Login to the Justice Bolt account
• Click on the name and choose Organization

           

• Scroll down to Users and click on Invite New User

         

• Fill out the new user information and then save it

             

Justice Bolt will automatically send them an invite to set up their account to log in.
