Existing Justice Bolt users can add, remove or change a case contact assigned for a specific case. Case contacts are the ones who receive the email notifications being sent out by Justice Bolt on behalf of the lienholder or law firm.
To add, change or remove a case contact, just follow these steps:
- Search for the plaintiff's case by searching for the name on the search panel on the left side of the home screen.
- Click "Contacts", and go to Law Firms. Click More, and then click "Manage Contacts"
- Type in the name of the new case contact within your firm and choose from the dropdown options and click Done
- If the name is not found, type in the full name and click the + sign beside the name, fill out the email address, and then click Save
- The user can also remove a case contact by clicking Delete beside the case contact's name.
