An Admin-level user can deactivate other accounts within the organization.
To deactivate a user, follow these steps:
Log in on Justice Bolt Portal

Click the white text with the user's name on it in the top right corner, click Organization
Find the user's name and click deactivate
If you do not have the ability to deactivate users, you can send an email to support@justicebolt.com.
Alternatively, Admin-level users can send Justice Bolt the name of the staff to be deactivated. Their names can be sent to support@justicebolt.com.
