Retrieving documents from lienholders

Law firms can retrieve the documents once they receive an automated email notification that their records and bills are now available in Justice Bolt.

To retrieve them, just follow these steps:

• Login to your Justice Bolt account.
• Search for the plaintiff's name on the left side panel of the page.

• Click on the name and then click on the Documents tab

• Click on More then Download to download the document.
