Law Firm Filters and Sorting

Justice Bolt users can filter and sort cases by using the tools provided in the portal.

• Once logged in to the portal, users can use the different filters to view cases per category, by clicking FiIter Cases. Some examples are by Lienholder, Law Firm Contact, Case Status, etc. 

• By clicking Show, filter out the cases to view depending on the chosen option. Use the tick box to choose the name to view or type in the name in the Search box.

 

• All cases under the chosen option will be shown on the right side

 

• Use My Cases to show all the cases you were assigned as the contact.

• Use the sorting feature to sort out cases for Open and Resolved Liens. Other sorting options are available as well under this tool.
