Users of the Law Firm Portal can communicate with the providers through the chat feature. The case contact assigned to the case will receive an email notification when you use this feature to send them a message.
This notification is sent automatically by the Justice Bolt portal. Keep in mind that if there isn't a case contact assigned to the case, no one will receive the message sent via the Law Firm Portal's chat feature.
- On the upper-right corner of the interface, click the Chat button
- Click on the text box and write your message.
- Click on Send once you're done writing your message.
- Click the close button when done
