Adding cases to Justice Bolt allows a lienholder to easily connect with the law firm representing the patient. Some of the law firms a lienholder works with may already be on Justice Bolt, and will quickly be able to access those cases once the lienholder shares them. If the lienholder works with a firm that isn’t yet on Justice Bolt, adding a case and the contact for that law firm will automatically generate an invitation for them to join and view the cases the lienholder has shared.
To add a case to the organization's Justice Bolt account, simply click the “Register New Case” button on the top right of your portfolio, and fill in the details about the case.
The lienholder will notice that when adding a case there is some information required. This thoroughness helps ensure that the data the user adds to Justice Bolt is complete and is most up-to-date, which allows them to track their cases much better.
Beyond the basic information about the patient, the lienholder can also add records such as their treatment documents and more.
When adding law firms and contacts, make sure to wait for the dropdown options to pre-populate. Some of the law firms the lienholder work with may be already saved in Justice Bolt. If the lienholder creates a new law firm, Justice Bolt will need to verify the law firm (and contact) information first before sharing the case and sending them an invite to Justice Bolt.
