Lienholders Filters and Sorting

A Justice Bolt user can use different filters and sorting options to get the specific set of cases they want to view. 

• Once logged in to the portal. A user can choose the different filters to view cases per category, by clicking FiIlter Cases. Some examples are by Law Firm, Law Firm Contact, Case Status, etc. 

• By clicking Show, the user can filter out the cases they want to view depending on the chosen option. Use the tick box to choose the name a user wants to view or type in the name in the Search box.

• Once an organization name is chosen, all the available cases under that option will show up.

 

• A user can also click My Cases to show all the cases they were assigned as the contact.

• A user can also click the sorting feature to sort out cases for Open and Resolved Liens, and also other sorting options.
