External Database Identifiers

The External ID is a type of tag a Justice Bolt user can use to identify cases for their organization. If the organization has its own Case Management system, a user can input the IDs from their CMS and put a tag on the same cases registered on Justice Bolt.

To add an External ID, log in to the Justice Bolt account. Search for the name of the plaintiff and then go to the Info tab. Scroll down to the External Database Identifiers and click +Add then enter the ID, and click Add.
