Changing Email preferences

Lienholders can change their preference in receiving email notifications from the law firm using Justice Bolt.

To change the email preferences, users need to log in to their Justice Bolt account via app.mighty.com and follow these steps:

• Once logged in, click the name and then choose Communication Preferences

         

• Scroll down to Email Preferences and toggle which email notifications a user wants to receive. A user can also add specific law firms that they want to receive an email notification by typing in the name of the law firm and selecting the name from the suggestion list.

• If a user wishes to exclude law firms from receiving an email notification from Justice Bolt. Scroll down, then enter the name of the law firm they wish to exclude from receiving the email notifications, wait for it to auto-populate suggestions, and then select the correct entry.
